PayFast and Telenor Revolutionize Telecom Billing with WhatsApp Integration

Karachi, PakistanPayFast, in collaboration with Telenor and EOcean, has launched the WhatsApp-based bill payment solution for telecom customers.

This breakthrough innovation enables Telenor users to view and pay their bills directly through WhatsApp, offering unparalleled convenience, security, and speed. The initiative marks a major milestone in enhancing customer experience by placing telecom services at users’ fingertips—right within their favorite messaging app.

With this launch, users no longer need to visit a service center, call helplines, or log into web portals. By simply sending a message to Telenor’s WhatsApp number and providing their CNIC and account number, customers receive a secure one-time password (OTP). Once verified, they can instantly pay their bills using mobile wallets/ bank details—all within the same chat thread.

This marks a paradigm shifts in how telecom customers interact with their service providers, empowering them with instant access to essential services all without leaving WhatsApp.
